All applications will be screened by the approval committee and the Indian Embassy of the buyer's country.

- Hotel checks in/out timings are usually 1400 hours / 1100 hours.
- Buyers need to attend B2B Meetings on 6th & 7th November 2025 at the venue.
- Buyers may book their return air tickets from 7th late evening onwards.
- Buyers should arrange air tickets at their own as per above schedule. Any additional charge for additional stay etc. will have to be borne by individual buyer & they can pay directly to the official travel agent.
